The Maldives does not have rooms counts like 400 rooms per resort, or room type.
The Maldives local guest house or resorts gets sold out very fast as it is globally sold.
Most budgeted properties are sold out till third week of August already (today being 31st July 2021)
Stop comparing other destination prices with the Maldives, as this is destination that standard very unique to themselves.
